The Royal Standard flies above the Tynwald Hill Canopy, denoting the presence of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Lord of Mann. The last time her Majesty was present at Tynwald was for the Manx Millennium in 1979. Click on this Link or Click on the picture to see the full sized photograph.
