2004 Charity Night

The time is 7:30pm for 8:00pm. This is a formal Black Tie event,
and we will be meeting in Colours (downstairs at the Hilton)

2004 Charity Night Menu

Starter:

A smooth Duck and Orange Pate
served with a tossed salad and crisp melba toast


Main Course:

Chicken in Pastry
A plump chicken breast topped with lemon flavoured mushrooms
wrapped in a puff pastry and served with a red wine sauce



Dessert:

Creamed Profiteroles
A light choux pastry filled with fresh cream
and coated with chocolate sauce



Fresh brewed coffee and mints

A vegetarian menu will be available.
